Boyle’s Law

Boyle’s law explains to us that the more atmospheres of pressure there is on your lungs, the more they will compress.  On scuba, the air is delivered in a way that your lungs stay the same size at whatever depth you are at.  Therefore, we should not see any difference in breathing rate of people we test, depending on the depth we test them at.
